“Dance on the Edge of the World” is a journey through state and sound, created by the actress duo Mariia&Magdalyna and electronic musician Parking Spot.
in a world that is frightening,
one’s own helplessness feels like numbness.
fear of the uncertainty of the future
cools the passion to be.
this is a musical journey through different states:
from lostness — to presence,
from fear — to excitement,
from loneliness — to selfhood.
this is the path of a heroine who explores herself without masks. this is an attempt to be vulnerable and honest. to live through all states, not escaping, but allowing. to find true love:
in this album, tenderness flows into passion,
carefreeness borders on fear, and every sound is another step on the path to “i am”.
this is a live immersion into music, movement, and state — an event that blurs the boundaries between body and sound, between the audience and the heroine.
